While still in law school and for a short period of time thereafter, I interned for the famous attorney and conservator politician Niculae Cerveni, founder of then the biggest Romanian law office, then, upon my admission into the Bucharest Bar, between Jan 2001 - Apr 2003, I joined as junior associate the Marian Teodosiu Law Office, a niche litigation shop in Bucharest run by another practitioner with deep roots in the Romanian Justice system, followed by a 10 months of legal practice as litigation senior associate with the Bucharest office of the international law firm Vitzman Webster & Partners (now Sutti) handling nationwide litigation cases for world-class cash & carry retail operators, automotive dealerships, and agricultural and wine producers (May, 2003 - Feb, 2004).

Law Diploma
After graduating the "Zinca Golescu" National College of Pitești, Argeș County, a top national college in Romania with a century old tradition in excellence, with majors in physics and chemistry, I followed the courses of the Law Faculty of "Universitatea Ecologica" of Bucharest, an university with an emphasis on environmental law and environmental and natural sciences, which is where I also met Amala, my wife and law firm partner. Throughout our studies with this private university, we have been inspired by many of our university professors, heads of cathedra with the prestigious Law Faculty of the Bucharest University and of doctoral schools, legal researchers, doctoral supervisors and authors such as Prof. Univ. Dr. Emilian Stancu - Criminalistics, Prof. Univ. Dr. Gheorghe Beleiu - Civil Law, Prof. Univ. Dr. Emil Molcuț - Roman Law, or Prof. Univ. Dr. Ion Craiovan - the General Theory of Law. My law diploma was issued by the Alexandru Ioan Cuza Police Academy of Bucharest, which organized the finals for the class of my graduation year (law diploma state exams, 2000).
